Experiments in Electronic Sound Festival:

September 29, 2024

3:00 AM

ROD Concert Hall, CalArts

Experiments in Electronic Sound offers a platform for musicians and artists whose works blur the boundaries between composition, improvisation, and sound art. The festival follows a rich tradition at CalArts for embracing alternative ways of thinking, being, and creating in relation to electronic sound. By presenting a series of concerts, the Herb Alpert School of Music and the Experimental Sound Practices program invites the community to come together and share their work. We are excited to listen, discuss, wonder, and enjoy.

Jennifer will open the final concert of the festival with her composition Things That Beep performed by Eric KM Clark.
